3mg Femtest, 60mg primo, 2iu GH, Lantus, Metformin, T4.
Current health supps include: Multivit, Omega 3, Love Heart TBJP, Supportmax Neuro PM (strom)
Training is therefore going very well at the moment. I have recently gone back to 4x a week split, which works much better for me from a recovery perspective!

January is a very exciting and very busy month. I’m super excited to travel to Aberdeen next week with Full boar for their team seminar. So much to get excited for this year!
