    Take a look at our available tests and order you kit directly to your home.

    Once your kit arrives, find your nearest phlebotamist to get your sample extracted.

  • GET YOUR RESULTS

    Once the blood samples have been assessed by our laboratory team we will forward the report via email.

    There is also an option to book in with one of the team to discuss the results. 

  • BOOK A consultation

    Consultations are ideal if you’re looking for clarity on your health or performance goals, need help interpreting your blood work, prefer a structured plan over guesswork, and value personalised, expert guidance every step of the way.

Our consultations give you the chance to speak with one of our experts and talk through your health, recovery, or performance goals. Whether it’s a quick 1︎5︎-minute check-in on blood work results or a full 6︎0︎-minute session with PEDs and performance, we’ll give you clear guidance and a plan that works for you.
