right then hello all into week 4 of prep (11.5 weeks out)

Mondays check-in showed a drop of 9lbs in the week prior, it obviously looks shocking at first but when you take into account that I hadn’t dropped any weight during the first 2 weeks of prep after some aggressive food drops (despite the visual look improving dramatically) we needed a big drop this last week.

In response to that drop Tom gave me two back-to-back high carb days with an additional 300g of carbs being implemented on top of the usual meal plan. So I had those Monday and Tuesday of this week, and then for last 3 days I have been back on baseline food.

Cardio and steps remained the same during the refeed (30 mins fasted and 13,500 steps daily

Wednesday morning I woke up 1.5 lbs heavier after 2 high days

This morning I woke up at a new low of 219.5lbs after just 2 days back on baseline

So overall my body is responding very very nicely and the fat is coming off at a decent rate which is good as I still have 25lbs to pull off to make weight (if I am honest I reckon there’s 19-20lbs of weight to pull off until I am in stage condition and then we will have to strip off another 5lbs through water manipulation for the weigh ins.)

ALl in all, vibes are high, training is flying and my face is no longer a swollen mess so I am happy. 11 weeks till the big dance.

Ello, into week 3 of prep (10 and 12 weeks out) some rather substantial changes have been made this week as I am visibly a lot leaner however still 229lbs (32lbs over my weight cap) so Tom and I need to get the weight moving off now to avoid any unnecessarily hard pushes.

Cardio is now in at 30 mins fasted daily along with 13,500 steps a day.

All carbs have been pulled from m4, so that meal is now just chicken and broccoli… (thrilling stuff I know)

Macros are as followed:

TD: 3,250kcal P325g C400g F37g

NTD: 3000kcal P325g C 325g F 50g
.
Fat burners have also been introduced and are as followed:
CLen 20mcg 4 x per week
25mcg T3 and 150mcg T4 introduced daily
20mg Yohimbine prior to fasted cardio daily.

Masteron also brought in at 300mg/week.

Meaning my full cycle is now 300mg Test-e, 300mg Primo, 300mg Mast-e per week and 4iu GH a day.
