Evening all, apologies for the lack of updates was obviously very busy last weekend at the Fitxpo.

As for this week, Tom has pulled PEDs down to just 150mg test per week now alongside the GH + insulin.

Training volume remains the same
-
Prep timeline has been finalised:
Start on the 10th of June (3 weeks from now)
as that will put me 12 weeks out from the 2bros regional and 14 weeks out from the NPC European Pro Qual in Spain on the 14th of September.

Everything else is on point, food going down easily atm, bodyweight holding, strength progressing and cardio/steps being done.

Will be at the PCA Universe Expo next weekend as well as the NFMUK show the weekend after so 2 back to back weekends in Birmingham to come – therefore many sessions at UFB :)

Evening all,

The second update on the old blog, it has been a very good week of training and progress all boxed off. This weekend I am at the PCA NW show as I have a client in the men’s physique category competing with the end goal of the Universe in mind so an exciting weekend peaking him and seeing it through. Any questions about him and my methods with his prep I am happy to answer.

As for myself, I said I would cover my current nutrition and supps so here we are

Training Day is currently:

C: 625g
F: 40g
P: 325g

0 direct CV, 10,000 steps

NTD is:

C: 500g
F: 50g
P: 325g

20 mins CV, 10,000 steps

This setup has been the same since Feb 20th, as I explained with the weight cap concerns we have just been maintaining 230-235lbs with this food.

PED’s also haven’t changed

they’re as followed

200mg Test E
200mg Mast E
200mg Primo

all weekly, micro-dosed every other day

Daily supps are:

4iu GH
20iu Lantus
500mg Metformin with PM meal
40mg Telemesartin in the PM

This again has been the setup for a quite a while, all on the low end, probably one of the most reserved off-seasons ever for someone going for a pro card, but there is literally no need for any more right now for myself. Yes, things will be escalated during Prep, and yes I am very much looking forward to it.

5 ish weeks until Prep, I don’t expect any changes to be made really between now and then as I am on track and exactly where I need to be.
