7 weeks out Update:

Hit a new low of 208lbs on Monday resulting in two high days consisting of 900g carb Monday, 900g carb Tuesday + a burger and fries and dessert on top of all this Tuesday night. 20iu of Lantus was used with m1 on both these days. As a result, I woke up this morning full to the absolute brim and feeling and looking the best I have during prep so far.

Today we made some more changes for moving forward. The new setup is as follows:

Training Day macros: 310g carbs, 310g Protein, 30g Fat.
Rest Day Macros: 270g carb, 310g Protein, 45g Fat.

Expenditure: 30 mins Fasted CV daily + 13,500 steps

PEDS: Test 350mg, Primo 600mg, Masteron 600mg, GH 2iu am/pm, Clen 40mcg daily, t3 25mcg, t4 150mcg.

All in all, things are going perfectly.
Hello all, currently sitting 9 weeks out from the pro qualifier, and 7 weeks out from the regional.

My lowest bodyweight has been 212.5lbs, this was on Monday. Off the back of that, Tom prescribed back-to-back high days of an additional 350g carbs on top of baseline training day food.

So had two high days of 750g carbs on Monday and Tuesday and then rechecked in this morning weighing in at 215lbs. So a nice little bump in weight, a good level of fullness returned, and ready to go back to baseline diet and continue to dig.

Still all-round feeling good, condition is coming in quickly now, I believe I only have around 10-12lbs or so to go until I am fat-free, the weight cap is 197lbs so I will have to take a little more off and maybe sacrifice some pop in order to reach it but that is part of the game.

I expect to be around the 210 mark by the following Monday leaving me 8 weeks out with around 13lbs to lose.

SO timeline wise we are in a fantastic position—plenty of tools still to use as PED’s and fat burners still are yet to be upped.
