Steady rate of loss again over the last 2 weeks
Sitting at 194lbs currently
Check in today and the response was 3 high days followed by 4 low days

Started to look a little flat through some bodyparts Nothing crazy but we are a bit ahead of where we need to be so a the high days should manage training performance and overall fatigue nicely now

Hunger is relatively low still at this point
Energy just taking a hit but nothing major

Last weeks addition of 20mg yohimbine and extra 40mcg clen made a big difference visually and on the scales

Still sat 30lbs above last stage weight and around 8lbs up and much leaner at the same point out last prep too

another 4lb drop last week , which has been the same rate of loss each week now , total of 12 lbs down

steps at 11.5k no cardio , calories still remain at 2.8k

a slight increase in volume now each week till the end of this block , we are running 3 week training blocks now with a de load every 4th week which keeps on top of fatigue and recovery now we are in a deficit. its been very smooth so far !
