H2Out is a fully transparent, non proprietary water balance product containing 14 ingredients at efficacious doses in a delicious berry flavoured powder drink as part of the Supplement Needs Performance range. Formulated by Dean St Mart using 9 natural herbal ingredients that induce water loss (diuresis) from the kidneys alongside 200mg Pyridoxine-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6) and 150mg PurCaf organically derived caffeine; in combination with Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium to add electrolyte balance, and Calcium D-Glucarate to support Phase 2 estrogen metabolism.
