Expertly formulated by Dr Emily Wilkinson PhD - Appetite Psychology and Nutrition with her support team, Thomas Thompson (Cognitive Psychologist), Joe Cross International HPC and Company Owner Robert Burton.
Designed to combat the three key stress markers physically and mentally: Cortisol, oxidative Stress and gut stress. There is a big focus on the gut brain axis.
StressLess will be most effective during a competition prep when your body and mind have peak stress levels.
Although we had initially designed this for ourselves (athletes) we have seen a huge uptake from busy corporate professionals including solicitors, business owners and sales executives.
When to take it:

his really depends on you. Many of our customers are taking it before bed as the relaxing and calming feeling helps to promote deeper sleep.
Some of our busy sales professionals are taking it in the morning just before work as that’s when they have most anxiety and they want to feel calm before they start.
Some athletes are taking it straight after they train so they can drive down cortisol and recover faster.
Personally I take this pre-bed as it’s sets me up for an amazing nights sleep, helps me switch off and promotes digestion for the morning after a full day of eating 5-6 meals.

Great product, really fast service 100% got to try this product just once and u will be hooked
Superb product. I occasionally suffer from bad spells of anxiety which lead to stress, bad gut health, bad digestion and poor sleep. Within hours of using this product I felt relief from my anxiety and an instant feeling of calm. After using consistently, the anxiety was completely under control and in turn that lead to a healthier gut, healthy digestions, very good quality of sleep and completely free from stress. I would recommend this product to anyone, you really do get what you pay for… free from stress and overall much better health. 👌🏻
As someone with over 6 years in the fitness industry, balancing a mentally demanding job with strength training and high-level cardio/running, managing stress and cortisol has always been a challenge for me. I started taking stress less about a month ago, I’m on my feet all day and always on the go. I’m also someone who retains water when stressed, since taking this product, one of the key things I noticed was how much less I held water from stress. I also found taking it in the AM helped my have a much less frantic day. (I’m ADHD so this was a big one for me) Tried taking it in the PM, for me I take already take a PM stack to didn’t add as much value but saw a big impact taking it in the AM. Amazing product and interesting to see long term effects, how it can help in prep etc
Phenomenal product. I currently use it in the morning and have felt a great cognitive difference when I start working. I’ve also used it later in the day / evening and have found sleep improved. 10/10 product!
