First week started a breeze, got the plan through from the man that calls the shots this prep(Tom Hames)
Slight food drop and cardio added straight away.
45min cardio + 10k steps
Gear back in after 7 week cruise on 250mg test
Starting cycle for prep
450 test
600 primo
150 tren a
40mcg clen
10mg yohimbine
2iu gh morning and before bed
First week was going great, enjoying actually not having to force down my meals and getting in routine for cardio.
Then whilst squatting 5 plates my calf went POP!
What a start to prep!
Although it stopped my leg session in its tracks, thankfully it has just been a bad strain and is improving daily.
By Friday I had dropped 4lb in total then levelled off at an overall 3 lb drop thismorning (weight fluctuation likely due to anabolics going in)
A nice visual change and weight drop for week 1 and zero hunger as of yet,
What more could you ask for :)
2023 prep begins!
Happy new year to all!
I hope everyone has massive goals and are hungry to start working towards them!
As of today I have started prep for the 2023 season, a short 12 week prep to the first regional. Starting at 263lb in relatively decent shape after a cruising period and a very successful cruise with minimal weight and strength loss.
Progress will be documented on the fullboar members site and on socials, I’m happy to answer any questions so feel free to comment anytime :)
2022 was a feeler set
2023 is the working set ;)
