So another good week In the books. Training is absolutely flying at the minute which is amazing. Post diet I finally feel like I’m coming back to life!
I haven’t felt 100% normal so I got my bloods done to see if there was anything underlying.
The results showed: LOW testosterone, progesterone, Vit D. Everything else was spot on.
So, what am I doing this fix this?
Making sure my nutrition is full of nutrient dense foods, staying out of a calorie deficit, reducing stress and Increasing my health supplements – mostly Vitamin D and also increasing daylight exposure.
There is a link between low Vitamin D and low testosterone so I will be repeating my bloods in about 6 weeks.
Calorie intake and expenditure are currently staying the same following my check in this week.

Hey hey,
So a busy weekend last week after going to Amsterdam. Most people get nervous about going away, but what I always say to my clients is – a holiday is there to be enjoyed, so what makes you happy. If being fully “on plan” makes you happy then go for it, for me personally having some flexibility with food is something I enjoy and that is what I did.
This week I have also started with a new coach (who it is will be revealed soon) and I got my cycle back for the first time in over 200 days which is a massive win for me and means that I am on the road to feeling normal.
Those who have experienced losing their cycle during a diet phase will know how much is can impact you – low in energy, low in mood, reduced muscle mass, altered body comp and the list goes on.
My new macros are:
TD 2000 P185 C260 F30
RD 1700 P175 C171 F35
My workout split is:
Legs, upper, rest, glutes and hams, rest repeat
11k steps daily
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
