Hey guys! Welcome to my blog – I’m going to be documenting my whole prep on here. Currently shooting for 2 European Pro Qualifiers in Budapest and Italy in October, leaving me 14 weeks out from the first one right now.
Prep started for me around 3 weeks ago, I was 128.5kg to start the prep and this morning hit a new low of 121kg; so its coming off pretty fast haha! That being said I don’t mind, as I’m going to be a super heavy this year and I know im not going to have the size card to play, so condition needs to be at a standard that is very impressive.
My long term plan isn’t to stay in the open category; I have always loved and wanted to go far in the classic class, ive just been too heavy to meet my weight cap in the amateur ranks. However I would be able to make weight in the pro ranks at my height, so the plan is to try and go pro as a super, then transition into classic from there (as long as by then I am still in reach of making weight).
This year will be my first IFBB show, my last actual competition was 3 years ago as a PCA junior so its been a while haha!
Ill give a bit of a rundown of my current set up below and as always be as transparent as possible here;
